Flow Detection

Testing Indonesia’s Flow Detect 1000 uses Doppler technology to sense flow or no-flow conditions in pneumatic pipelines, gravity chutes and feeders. It can be used to detect either solids or powders and is commonly used in many industries, such as grain storage, milling, food processing, plastics manufacturing, paper mills as well as in plants handling cement and aggregates.

Its non-intrusive, flush- mounting design and non-contact operation eliminates flow stream interruption and reduces equipment wear. It features “Quick-Set” calibration, high/low sensitivity adjustments, hazardous location approval, fail-safe protection, and a loop fault monitor.
