HMP LFG - Light Weight Deflectometer

 

The Light Weight Deflectometer HMP LFG makes it possible to quickly determine, in an uncomplicated manner, the soil bearing capacity and compaction quality of soils, non-cohesive sub-bases, and pavement improvements. The dynamic plate load tester is described in the Engineering Code for Soil and Rock in Road Construction. The principle of this was developed as early as 1982 in the company preceding the HMP GmbH and has been optimised continuously since that time.


Feature

HMP LFG - Light Weight Deflectometer memiliki  standar ASTM E2835-11 untuk mengetahui kualitas kepadatan tanah pada permukaan tanah (sampai maksimal 1 meter kedalaman dari surface tanah).

1 Set alat HMP LFG terdiri atas Loading Mechanism (1 bh), Load Plate (1 bh), serta instrument electronic settlement (1 bh).

Cara pengujiannya sangat sederhana, yaitu:

  1. Sebelum pengujian,posisikan load plate di atas tanah yang ingin diuji dan dipastikan pemadatan/daya dukung tanahnya.
  2. Letakkan Loading mechanism di atas load plate.
  3. Hubungkan instrument electronic settlement dengan load plate, melalui kabel. Hidupkan (press: switch on) instrument electronic settlement.
  4. Instrument electronic settlement:
    Pilih menu >> measuring >> mode >> Precompact triply please
  5. Lakukan precompact 3 kali dengan cara menaikkan/mengangkat drop-weight ke atas sampai posisi buble level , lalu lepaskan (lakukan sebanyak 3 kali).
  6. Hasil pengujiannya akan tampil di instrument electronic mechanism:
    •   The values of settlement amplitudes S1, S2 and S3 are displayed on the screen.
    •   After the third measurement the individual settlement amplitudes and deformation rate as well as the average settlement Sm and the calculated Evd‐value are displayed.
  7. Hasil Evd‐value memiliki korelasi ke CBR (California Bearing Ratio)
  8. Hasil pengujian comply ke standard ASTM E2835-11
